News: The BC Government’s Special Committee on Local Elections Expense Limits has released their report. Taking a look at their proposed formula and using 2011 census information on our population, Victoria would have city council candidate campaigns capped at spending no more than $25,704.76 Mayoral campaigns will be limited to ~$50,759.35
